MyMissingNote is a digital note-delivery service designed to distribute personal information and messages to designated recipients when the account holder is no longer able to do so themselves.

The service is currently in pre-launch. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or any specific terms at launch.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the website.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to MyMissingNote. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

This website links to third-party services (including EmailOctopus and WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, MyMissingNote is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to €100.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
