Our story

Built for the ones
you leave behind.

MyMissingNote exists because most people intend to get organised — and never do. We built the tool we wished existed: simple enough to actually use, trustworthy enough to hold what matters most.

Why we built this.

Think about what happens when someone dies without leaving instructions. Their family faces grief and a scavenger hunt — searching for account numbers, calling institutions, guessing passwords, trying to remember the name of the solicitor. All of it at the worst possible moment.

We've all been there, on one side or the other. And we've all thought, "I should sort this out." Then life gets in the way.

MyMissingNote is the answer to that thought. A place to write down what matters, assign it to who needs it, and trust that it will reach them — automatically, securely, at the right time.

It's not about dying. It's about caring — consciously and purposefully — for the people who will still be here after you're gone.

What we stand for.

Trust

Your notes are your most private thoughts. We treat them that way. We will never read, sell, or share your data. Your information exists for one purpose: reaching the people you choose.

Simplicity

If it's too complicated, people won't use it — and that defeats the entire purpose. Every design decision we make is filtered through one question: is this as simple as it can be?

Privacy

Your notes are visible only to you and the people you explicitly designate — not before, and not to anyone else. Privacy is a feature, not an afterthought.

Care

Everything we build is motivated by one thing: reducing the burden on the people left behind. If a feature doesn't serve that goal, we don't build it.
